All work must meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.

Cabinetry & Openings
Cabinets fully installed and secured
Openings match required width, height, depth, and clearances
Openings are level, square, and obstruction-free
Built-in/flush installations include all cleats, fillers, and supports
Panel-ready appliances have panels and hardware ready
Hood canopy openings are built and cut to spec
Areas are clean and debris-free
Electrical
Correct voltage, amperage, and dedicated circuits provided
Proper connection type installed (3-wire, 4-wire, or hardwired)
Outlets and junction boxes installed, accessible, and code-compliant
No exposed wiring
GFCI protection installed where required
Breakers labeled; power ON at installation
Plumbing & Gas
Water, drain, and gas lines installed in correct locations and sizes
Shut-off valves installed and accessible
No existing leaks or plumbing issues
Water and gas services ON at installation
Notify Tri-Supply of filtration, RO, or specialty systems
Ventilation
Ductwork installed to required size and location
Hood connections align properly
Structural support installed for ceiling/island hoods
Make-up air systems installed if required
Exterior venting complete and unobstructed
Countertops & Backsplashes
Installed and secured before installation
Cutouts match appliance specs
Backsplashes do not obstruct installation
Materials fully cured
Flooring
Finished flooring installed under all appliances
Surface is level and structurally sound
Transitions completed
Delivery & Access
Driveways and access routes complete
Clear path into and within the home
No obstructions (materials, tools, debris)
Pets secured
Adult (18+) present during installation
Appliances On Site
Inspect for damage prior to installation
Report issues before scheduled date
All parts, panels, and accessories available
Installation Day
Power, water, and gas ON
HVAC maintaining safe working temperature
Adequate lighting
No active construction in work areas
